Product Description
An acid fast stain consisting of auramine O, rhodamine B, phenol, glycerine and reagent alcohol in water. Auramine O/Rhodamine fluorescent stain is used to stain acid fast bacteria. The staining procedure also requires fluorescent decolorizer and 0.5% potassium permanganate.
