Biplate. Ideal for the culture and enumeration of urinary tract pathogens from clinical specimens. Only Gram-positive bacteria will grow on the CNA side. Only Gram-negative bacteria will grow on the MacConkey side. CNA contains 5% sheep blood from a veterinary supervised, controlled herd of donor animals. Blood is guaranteed to be from healthy antibiotic-free animals.
